Rates

Single Occupancy	$20 per day
Double Occupancy *	$30 per day
Billing will be calculated by adding check-in day, check-out day and every day in between. Time of day of arrival and departure will not affect the billing calculation. Due to Sunday and Holiday closures, weekends and holidays will have a minimum stay restriction. Check-in and Check-out during closed hours will be subject to appropriate surcharge.

* double occupancy means two dogs sharing the same room

GST applies to all services.

Fees will vary for "special care" options:

• raw and custom diets
• medications and supplements
• grooming

If you are unable to pick up your pet by 5:30pm (weekdays) or 11:30am (Saturday) on the last day of your booking, please inform us ASAP. We will arrange to carry your booking over until the next business day. Late check out will be offered only in the case of serious emergency. We are unable to compensate for travel delays or mishaps.
