Vaccinations:

All dogs must have proof of current vaccination including bordatella.

Payment:

Billing will be calculated by adding check-in day, check-out day, and every day in between.
We now accept Debit, Mastercard and Visa

Group Play:

Most of our guests have an opportunity to be involved in group play when there are suitable playmates available. Please let us know if group play is not appropriate for your dog either for health or temperament reasons.

Although it is not essential that your dog be involved in group play — we reserve the right not to accept for care any dog that is 'dog aggressive'. All dogs in our care will have opportunity for exercise and fun in the play areas whether or not they are involved in group play.

Pick-up and Drop-off (outside business hours):

It is in the best interest of our community and the dogs in our care that we maintain strict closure hours. If you are unable to pick up your pet between 2:30pm and 5:30pm on the last day of your booking, please inform us ASAP. We will arrange to carry your booking over until the next day. Late check out will be offered only in the case of serious emergency. We regret that we are unable to accommodate, without charge, for late ferries, flights, and travel mishaps.
