I want to make a booking. What information do you need?
- Your name, home address, email address, phone number and emergency contact number
- Your dog's name, age, breed or breed mix, veterinarian and any comments you may have about his or her temperament or health concerns, etc
- The intended arrival date and time and the intended departure date and time
This information can be given by phone/voice mail or email. We will respond promptly to let you know if there is space. Once we establish availability we can answer any further questions you may have.

What should I bring on check-in day?
- Proof of current vaccinations or statement of health from a qualified veterinarian
- Your dog's own food and treats - clearly labeled with feeding instructions (please note the brand of food for our records)
- Medications or supplements - clearly labeled with dog's name and instructions (please note the name of medication for our records)
- Emergency Contact numbers for while you are away. It is important that we be able to contact you or someone you trust should the need arise
- Bedding, if you prefer to bring something familiar from home
We provide ... a very comfortable home away from home where we supply:
- Very comfortable Kunanda Cot style beds (see www.kuranda.com)
- Stainless steal bowls and water buckets
- Bedding, blankets, fleeces and towels to go on top of the Kunanda beds

Can I bring my dog's own travel crate?
Yes, if your dog is accustomed to sleeping in his travel crate, you are more than welcome to bring it along. He or she will feel more at ease that way.

Can I pick up or drop off my dog when you are closed?
No, we are sorry but we must maintain strict business hours in order to maintain the high standard of care that we provide. The only exception to this rule is a serious family or medical emergency. Sadly, late ferries or flights and travel mishaps do not qualify.
Please contact us via phone or email if you are not able to pick up your dog as scheduled - we will care for him / her until arrangements can be made. We can usually make arrangements to deliver the following day if you are unable to pick up your pet due to work schedules, etc.

Do you offer pick up and delivery of pets?
Yes, when the need arises, we can usually arrange to pick up or deliver your pets. Fees will vary according to location.

Our Office Hour Policy
Our office hours are the times we are open for visits or check-ins and check-outs.
We do not accept customers outside regular business hours except in the case of a serious family or medical emergency.
We must keep strict hours in order to maintain the high standard of care that we provide.
